Saaya practice is separate: verify your account and confirm a reviewed job description. No CV upload or application onboarding is required for practice.
02How is my CV tailored to a role?
The team uses the job description to prepare application material from your actual background. Tailoring must preserve the facts: it does not add qualifications, employers, achievements, or experience you do not have. ATS-readable formatting does not promise that an employer will shortlist you.
03Where can Career Guru apply?
The team can handle eligible applications on LinkedIn, Naukri, and company career sites using the accounts you authorize. Coverage depends on the posting, account access, your eligibility, and the employer's process. Launchpad shows manual team status updates and notes; ask the team about a particular role or anything that needs your input.
04What happens when an employer replies?
